| Requirements for participation | Minimum: 4-people. The flight is held from 4 to 8 people. (*It depends on all of your weight.Share on the balloon together with other customers.) |

| Clothing | Warm winter clothing, such as ski wear , winter boots with warm socks, a hat, and gloves, are essential. The temperature at altitude can drop to around -5°C. |
| Passengers who are not allowed to board | •Are under 9 years old. •Require a wheelchair, walking stick, or assistance to move, or need medical care. •Have a serious chronic illness (since you may need to walk on your own if we are forced to land in a muddy field). •Have heart conditions or suffer from severe fear of flying. •Are pregnant. •Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. •Have pets. |
