The persons who cannot join our flight are all of you cannot communicate in English or in Japanese at all. (it is not available in Chinese etc only) Please kindly remind that your group must have a person who can communicate in Japanese or English.
If not, the guide can reject your ride onsite without refund the fee.

You can reserve from one person but in may not fly at lease 4 passengers in total party on every weekend and monday.

①Choose the date of your balloon flight at the Booking Calendar of our web site.
Fill in the booking form for all items and send it to us. Be sure to check the details and instructions.
特記事項：
催行人数1日限定8名まで（浮力総重量による）
The limited number of people is up to 8 per day. (Depending on the total weight of all passengers)
※ご予約人数が最少催行人数：4名に満たない日は催行できません。
We will fly on the day at least 4 passengers.
その場合は約3日前までに催行可否をご連絡いたしますので、何卒ご了承くださいませ。
We are sorry but will inform you about possibility before 3 days.
予備日の設定：予約フォーム内で、予備日の設定が可能です。予備日の設定につきましては、その日にご予約が集中して定員オーバーとなった際には、本予約の方が優先になりますことを予めご了承願います。
You can schedule a back up day. But the original reservation will be prioritized when your back up day is fully occupied.

予約フォームにて受付後、5営業日以内に、ご登録いただいたメールアドレスに請求書を送信いたします。③We will send you the bill within 5-business days after received your booking. 請求書が届きましたら、請求日より5日以内にご入金ください。
Please pay the bill on credit card within 5days. ※クレジットカードをご用意ください（VISA, Master）※JCB, American Expressはご利用いただけません。
(only VISA, Master is available, sorry but JCB, AMEX are not accepted)
※請求書の【カード支払い】ボタンをクリックし、「Squareオンライン決済サービス」サイトの画面上よりお支払いください。（搭乗日5日前以降のご予約の場合は、即日お支払いください。）
At first, click the payment by card on the bill.
You can approach the Square Online Payment Service. Then please pay by credit card.
Please make payment on the same day in case of reservation after 5 days prior to boarding day.

ご入金が確認され次第ご予約確定となります。④We will confirm your booking after your payment. ●同じ日に搭乗ご希望の方が集中し、定員超過となった場合は、先に入金が確認された方が優先となりますのでご了承ください。
If the number of passengers who wish to board concentrated on the same day,the person who received the confirmation of payment first will take precedence.
●お客様の都合や事情などによる前日・当日キャンセル料は100％です。
When you cancelled the balloon flight due to your reason on the day before and on the flight date, the cancellation fees are 100%.
● 天候等により中止となった場合は、後日カード会社から全額返金させていただきます。
In case of cancellation by weather conditions, credit card company will return all your payment while a month.
● 危険なアクティビティのため、ブリーフィング(搭乗前署名、安全フライト講習)に間に合わない場合は当日キャンセル扱いとなります。搭乗できません。
Hot air balloon free flight is dangerous activity. If you can not arrive until briefing time, it must be cancel (borading will not allowed). So you can not board on.
● 弊社は傷害保険に加入しており、また安全には万全を期して運行しますが、お客様ご自身で十分な額の国内旅行傷害保険に加入されることをお勧めします。
（※日本国内に本拠となる滞在場所がない方は、保険の対象外となりますので各自でご加入ください。）
We, Azuminokisen apply the insurance and we make assurance doubly sure for the safe on flying. But we offer you to apply the domestic travel casualty insurance by yourself also.
（※We can not provide the injured insurance for foreign tourist.
We will recommend you to apply the injured insurance by yourself.）
